Today I am thankful for a working furnace and warm blankets. We're having our first hard freeze of the season this week. It's nice to be able to get up to warmth.
I am thankful for a supply of warm clothing from sweats to coats and hats and gloves. I am thankful that Ember now lets me don these without going nuts (remember her puppy land shark days when if I changed clothing, she would attack the new item or the limbs it covered?)
Speaking of warmth, I am thankful for my companion animals who warm my lap when it suits them.
Those are wonderful things that make our lives so blessed. And Ember letting you wear different clothes now is wonderful!

DeleteYes, I remember the challenges when Ember was not happy with gloves, hats, coats that you would put on to stay warm!

I guess I can add that I'm grateful she's grown up and that I did not "give up" on her when she was in that trying phase.
