Today I am thankful for naps. I find myself taking more of them as I grow "older". Naps with a cat or a dog (in my case a dog's head) on your lap are the best. Doesn't have to be long, just checking out and being at peace for a few minutes is enough.
Yes, I like naps now too. I remember never understanding as a kid when my grandparents had a nap but I sure do now! Have a wonderful day!
